The department of General Dentistry II was founded in 2008. It is located on the 6th floor of the outpatient building. The department possesses 34 dental units and numerous advanced oral equipment and instruments. Including 5 sub branches, namely endodontics, prosthodontics, oral and maxillofacial surgery, periodontics, and pedodontics. The team in each specialty has at least two staff members with medium or senior title, as well as rich experience in both clinical practice and teaching. The department serves as the base for students' and residents' clinical training in stomatology under close supervision by experienced faculty dentists. Concern to the characteristics of multiple specialties, the department deliver a wide range of preventive and restorative care for patients. Not only provide care for diagnosis and treatment of common oral diseases, but also other unusual dental conditions. In addition, patients can be provided consultations and multiple treatments within the department. Since 2014 the department has started its "comprehensive registration" , with which the new patients are comprehensively examined, diagnosed, and treated. In this way the department provides one-stop service for patients who come for tooth restoration, periodontal disease and common surgical oral diseases. The department aims to offer high quality and convenient therapy for patients.
