The Peking University School of Stomatology provides a comprehensive scientific research platform, including National Engineering Laboratory for Digital and Material Technology in Stomatology, National Clinical Research Center for Oral Diseases, Beijing Key Laboratory of Digital Stomatology and CFDA Test Center for Dental Materials and Devices in China. A diverse array of advanced S&R equipment and platforms have been established in the central laboratory, meeting the needs of all areas of dental research. In recent years, the Peking University School of Stomatology has focused on ten major research areas, namely Oral Oncology/ Craniofacial Development, Birth Defect and Trauma / Oral Microbiome and Infection/ Digital Stomatology/ Stem Cells and Regeneration/ Dental Materials/ Salivary Secretion and Salivary Gland Diseases/ Temporomandibular Disorder and Craniofacial Pain/ Oral Health and Overall Health/ Clinical research management. Significant progress has been made in many of these areas, enabling the Peking University School of Stomatology to ascend to greater academic heights.
