From September 18 to 20, 2024, Prof. Yongsheng Zhou was invited to attend the 2024 ICP Interim Board Meeting at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, USA, as the only Chinese fellow of the International College of Prosthodontists (ICP).

During the meeting, Prof. Zhou mainly discussed recent developments in Prosthodontics. He emphasized that the rapid development of digital technology in clinical dentistry has presented unprecedented opportunities for scholars in the field of prosthodontics. They should therefore strengthen collaboration to meet various challenges to promote further advancement in the field.

Additionally, Prof. Zhou, on behalf of PKU-SS, also visited the UNC Adams School of Dentistry to further promote in-depth collaboration between the two universities in education and research. The two sides agreed to renew their MoU and will improve the framework to ensure a smoother collaboration, thus jointly promoting the advancement of clinical dentistry.
